"I had some symptoms of iodine deficiency and was recommended this product and it has been changing my life. I noticed less fatigue and more hair growth. It's seemingly easy to think this can't happen to you since iodized salt is easy to find, but you may have way less iodine than you think, which is even more surprising for me when my sister can't have too much iodine. The first time you take it is a real kick in flavor, but you don't notice the taste as bad after using it more, assuming you shoot it to the back of your tongue (mixing it with a drink is gross and hitting the back of your throat will burn). You still have to keep up in other areas of your health like nutrition, diet, and exercise, but iodine has been a little miraculous for me, so I've really been missing out on having this in my diet. The price is pretty good too all things considered. Avoid letting any of it leak on the bottle or anywhere else because it does not clean easy."

Yes, many customers have safely used our Lymphatic Detox & Drainage Cleanse and Lugol's Iodine on the same days as part of their wellness routine. There are no known concerns with taking these products together when used as directed. You can try taking them at the same time or 20–30 minutes apart to ensure maximum absorption, or as directed by a trusted healthcare provider.
It is difficult for me to see how many drops are actually getting in my mouth with your dropper. Since you suggest following it with purified water, I am wondering how the results would be affected if the drops go in water first. Also wondering if spring water can be subbed for purified water.
We appreciate you reaching out. If it’s difficult to administer the drops directly into your mouth, you may add them to water for easier use. Both methods have been effective. While we recommend purified water, spring water has been safe and can also be used. We generally recommend avoiding tap water whenever possible.
