Our Vitamin B12 product is certified USDA organic. We do our best to achieve specific certifications when possible, though depending on the product, certain certifications may be difficult to meet. How long does it take to receive my order when buying from Amazon.com?
We utilize Amazon's 'Fulfillment by Amazon' service which allows us to distribute products through Amazon's fulfillment network. If you have an Amazon Prime account, you should receive products within 2 business days, and sometimes depending on your location, within 1 business day.
My product never arrived, how can I contact you?
We suggest contacting us directly through Amazon so we can assist you. We're happy to provide a replacement or a refund depending on your specific situation.
My product was damaged upon arrival, what are my options?
Because we are dependent on Amazon shipping our products out through their network, sometimes accidents can happen in the shipping process.
